In this episode Sam interviews Zoey Arielle.
Zoey learnt meditation from a young age without realizing. She used an escape mechanism to avoid the negative feelings she experienced in her childhood. During this escape she was able to tap into her inner knowing which made her aware of what she could have.
Later in her life she explored Europe and lived the minimalism life while coming across plant medicine from Ayahuasca, an experience that was meant for her.
Today Zoey documents and creates content about everything she experiences through her personal and spiritual life. Honoring her truth and her journey.
