I am a little surprised that I made it to the 100th episode! Only because I sometimes find myself questioning my journey.
2 years ago I had my first true awakening with ayahuasca. I was stuck in toxic masculinity, I was deeply unhappy and I realized something had to change. I was “achieving” but I was asking myself “Is this what my soul is yearning for?”
Along my journey, I realized that I need to build practices into my life that both lift me up on a spiritual level, but also ground me on a life level.
